Clary is a Shadowhunter. She has angelic blood in her veins and that means she has a number of different skills. The one that would impact most on her time in game is her ... let's call them spidersenses. She can tell when the person next to her is something other. Be it Warlock, Vampire, Werewolf, Demon. I would very much like to keep track of that so if your character is supernaturally inclined could you please fill in the following table.
What is your characters true nature? Werewolf, fairy, vampire etc.
Do they have anything that would block Clary's sight of them? For example a magic that could combat hers.
Are you okay with her bringing it up to your character/others if she discovers them? Now obviously I would talk to you first and foremost and plot it out if she was to let people in on the big secret. It wouldn't be out of the blue, I can promise that.
And also this is a blanket allowance of people realising she has something angelic about her. Clary icly has more angel in her blood than the others in her canon but she doesn't know this yet. If your character is able to sense heavenly influence she'd be drenched in it.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Unless you're a complete and utter stranger, or you give her bad vibes, then Clary is 100% the friendly kind of person. She won't be the one who implements hugging unless she's very close to you, but she'll accept it if you do move in for one. She's just a little too shy to be the one to start it. Once that barrier is overcome she's all out. Platonic snuggling, handholding, piggyback rides. She likes them all.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Clary is a Shadowhunter. That means there's a reasonable amount of willingness to fight inside of her. She wouldn't be the type of girl to start a fight, but if you go for her she'll defend herself. If you're clearly an evil person than she might actually be the first to throw that punch.
RELATIONSHIPS: For platonic relationships she is very much open to it. She likes having friends and would easily feel lonely if it weren't for them. She's also quite good at approaching other people. As for the romantic kind, it would definitely need to be a slow burn kind of thing. At her canon point she is very much in love with Jace so I don't see how she would be able to forget that suddenly. It doesn't mean it isn't a possibility, in fact I would always be open to playing a romantic side as long as it had long been on the cards.
MENTAL INFORMATION: While she doesn't have any mental training herself, there will be the remnants of a magical block on Clary's mind. Her thoughts may be more accessible but her memories are another story. The person looking might just see a door or the name Magnus Bane. If you need more details or would like to hash this out with me than go ahead. That would be brilliant.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Clary is a metahuman. She has angelic blood ( brought on by experiments to her mother while Clary was still in the womb ). She will heal faster than a normal human being and have a higher tolerance to pain. When injured it is best to let her use her runes to heal herself.
