Whether or not he knew what he was doing, I don't know. I caught his scent while wandering Heropa, and had promised him sometime before that I wouldn't bother him. So I turned away, but he came after me. Chased me into the wooded part of the park. He attacked me, and I tried to fight back. I lost the fight. But that's only what happened on that night. I wronged him well before that. I don't blame him for any of this.
It's all right. I mean, I obviously had no idea you were friends with him. I don't know that would've changed anything between him and me. But you can't possibly be faulted with any of this. Besides, it's as I said. I'm trying to make up with him.
You certainly do seem to have a knack for it. I do wonder why that is.

I don't know. Is he talking to you at all recently? In spite of what happened, I don't want him painting himself the villain. Perhaps if there's a way to convince him of that.
